Full-service marketing agency, MethodSavvy, based in downtown Durham, is looking for a Client Services Support Specialist. You need 3 years of demonstrated success in business development, sales, or operations.

Netsertive offers a cloud-based digital marketing engine that automates localized advertising and channel marketing programs. Venture capital funding from RRE Ventures, Harbert Venture Partners and Greycroft Partners suggests they must be on to something. They currently have 28 sales and marketing roles open. Relias Learning is worth mentioning here not because they are a small startup anymore but because they are on a serious growth spurt. The company has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America for the three consecutive years. They offer online training to senior care, health and human services, corrections, and intellectual and developmental disabilities organizations. Open sales and marketing positions include a Customer Marketing Manager, Event Manager, Partner Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Public Relations & Communications Specialist, Client Care Specialist, Client Success Manager, Account Executive, e-Commerce Sales Specialist, Mid Market Sales Manager, SaaS Sales Representative, Small Market Sales Rep, and SMB Account Manager.

Science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) jobs are growing at a fast pace and currently outpacing STEM graduates. Stem for Kids focuses on finding solutions and clearing the way to bring (STEM) to young children. They are hiring a Director of Franchise Development and a Marketing Support Specialist to assist them in their initiatives.

The Transitions SIG provides a forum for marketers who are between jobs, are under-employed or who simply want to sharpen their personal branding and job search skills. This group meets twice a month.

In the first monthly meeting, one hour is devoted to guest speakers who share their expertise about current best practices in networking, cover letters, resumes, LinkedIn and more. The second meeting of the month is devoted entirely to group discussion and to facilitate introductions to decision-makers.

The Transitions SIG is held twice a month in two different locations. We meet the first Monday of every month 1:00PM – 2:30PM in the Fusion room at The Frontier, located at 800 Park Offices Dr., Research Triangle Park, NC 27709. We also meet the third Wednesday day of every month at Café Carolina in Cary from 2:30 –4.
