Bronto, a NetSuite now Oracle company, provides a cloud-based commerce marketing automation platform to mid-market and enterprise organizations worldwide. Bronto claims a client roster of leading brands including Lucky Brand, Vivienne Westwood, Björn Borg, Theory and Vince Camuto. They are adding the following to their team: Senior Sales Executive, AVP Sales Operations, Digital Designer, and Account Development Representative.

Dude Solutions, the parent company of SchoolDude, FacilityDude and TheWorxHub, is a Cary, NC-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of operations management solutions to edusacation, government, healthcare, manufacturing and membership-based organizations. You can join the Dude by applying for the following positions: Sales Manager, Business Development Representative, Digital Marketing and Analytics Manager, Director of Industry and Product Marketing, Industry Marketing Specialist, and Public Relations Manager.

First is a venture-funded startup based in downtown Durham that’s bringing the power of predictive analytics to real estate professionals. The technology focuses on driving revenue opportunities and marketing efficiency for real estate agents and teams. Their platform enables real estate professionals to more efficiently identify, market, attract and win new business opportunities. Privately held FMI, is a management consulting and investment banking firm dedicated to engineering and construction, infrastructure and the built environment. Founded in 1953 and headquartered in Raleigh, they are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager, Market Research Analyst, Management Consultant, and a Leadership Consultant.

Raleigh’s Global Specimen Solutions is growing its leadership, data management, clinical, and regulatory teams in preparation for upcoming new product launches according to founder and CEO Amelia Wall Warner. The company recently hired Gabriel Balint, BGASoft, as senior vice president of Software Development. He will lead the maintenance and development of their informatics products for the pharmaceutical industry. KnowledgeTree, a content management provider for sales and marketing teams, was just acquired by Chicago software developer, SAVO Group. Sean O’ Leary, CEO of KnowledgeTree says they plan to grow the downtown Raleigh footprint as they further develop their mid-market strategies. Their current needs include a Sales Account Executive and a Sales Development Representative.

Prometheus Group, an asset management software developer, has purchased Australian firm Sage Technology with 20 employees, and California-based Pipeline Group with 35 employees. Prometheus moved from San Antonio, Texas to Raleigh in 2006 for its bigger technology pool. With 220 employees currently, they plan to add 50 by the end of the year. Their current openings include an Inside Sales Manager, Director of Marketing, Business Development Representative, and an Enterprise Account Executive.

Windsor Circle’s Predictive Marketing platform helps retailers grow repeat sales by putting the right message in front of their customer at the right time. The platform is integrated with 17+ eCommerce platforms and 19 email service providers. If you want to help their retailers grow customer lifetime value and increase customer retention then check out these openings: Enterprise Success Manager and Account Director.

Zift Solutions, a cloud-based channel solutions provider, made some positive changes and moved its headquarters from Durham to Cary. The 30,000 square-foot Weston Parkway location allows them to bring their development and customer support teams together. CEO, Ken Romley, says the move will support interaction and collaboration as well as their future expansion plans which he expects to happen through additional hiring and acquisitions.
